In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store local pick up for items purchased online. Simply select the “in-store” pickup option at checkout and we will hold it here for you. Note: we require orders for instore pickup to be picked up within 3 business days.
Shipping & Returns
Currently we only ship to the United States.
Continental United States: All orders of $150 or more ship to the continental United States for FREE. All orders less than $150 have a calculated rate shipping based on the items you have selected. These rates come directly from USPS and are subject to change without notice.
Alaska & Hawaii: Orders to Alaska & Hawaii qualify for free shipping. All orders over $150 will qualify for FREE shipping with USPS. For orders less than $150 will be charged a calculated rated based on your order weight.
Canada: We do not ship to Canada at this time.
Rest of the World: We do not ship to other countries, currently only the United States.
Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund*. We’ll also provide a shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Defective software including but not limited to: Pokemon, Sports Cards, Yugioh, Magic the Gathering, Metazoo, or other similar TCG products, can only be exchanged for an identical item only.
Any products that have already been opened and are not sealed in their original manufacture packaging can not returned or refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks after dropping off your item at the local post office, FedEX, or UPS. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

*A restocking fee (10%) may be applied on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Preorders & Customer Holds may be cancelled within 30 days of the order for a full refund. Orders beyond the initial 30 days may be cancelled for store credit only. Excessive cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and/or loss of preorder/hold privileges.
